6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Come join our new and improved Book Club!
Last year we focused on mysteries, however, we have had several requests to shift the focus from just mysteries to all kinds of books.
Come down and meet Maria, our liaison from the Millvale Community Library, to discuss the kinds of books you want to read. She will be taking suggestions to create a book club JUST FOR YOU!
Book Club will meet on the second Thursday of every month, except December, at Tupelo Honey Teas!
If you are interested in joining the club, please give us a call and we’ll make sure a copy of the current book is put aside for you! You can also place a hold on any book by clicking on the catalog button in the upper right corner of the page! Both clubs meet at 6:30 p.m. on their respective nights at Tupelo Honey Teas, next-door to the library on Grant Avenue in Millvale.
*NOTE: Books for the 2018 Book Clubs have yet to be determined. Call the library for more info!*

When: Thursdays from 7-8:30pm
Whether you’ve been only been writing for a few years, you’re a already a published author, or you’ve never written a single story, the Millvale Writer’s Group is a great place to sit down in a small group setting, get feedback on your work, and have a good time! This small community is based on the principal that through sharing and discussing pieces, authors can learn from each another and become better at their skill. All skill levels welcome. Come prepared to read your work for the group, or if you’ve never written before, come prepared to write!
