Adult Makers Saturday

Saturday, March 10 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM

Join us for Adult Makers in March! We’ll be teaching attendees how to make flower pots out of re-purposed mason jars.

The program is free, but donations are welcome to cover the cost of materials. No registration is required!



Beatrix Potter Storytime

Friday, March 30 from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Join Millvale Community Library and host Ann Troxel from the Beatrix Potter Society for a children’s story and playtime! She will be reading some of the most beloved books from the author.


Keto Diet Presentation

Saturday, March 31 at 1 PM

Join us for a presentation on the Ketogenic diet and how it works! This event is free and no registration is required. Presenter Jeff Greenwald has an extensive history and certification in a variety of alternative therapies, has been involved in sports nutrition all his life, and is currently following the Keto plan, where he has lost over 60lbs using the Keto diet to reverse his health issues and improve his overall wellbeing.


How to Search Your Family Tree

Saturday, March 31 at 1 PM

Do you want to find out about your family history, but are not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve started a search, but don’t know how to continue. This free class will cover the basics of genealogy research, library sources, and Pittsburgh genealogy resources. This class is taught by Library Director Susan McClellan.
